Chateau Lumiere
Lorraine Ave, Highland Park — Dallas, Texas
Set among the storied streets of Highland Park, Chateau Lumiere is a modern French château that balances Old World grandeur with clean, refined contemporary living. At 5,661 square feet, every inch of this home was designed with intention — from the sweeping grand foyer and staircase that greet you at arrival, to the resort-style outdoor entertaining and pool that invite you to linger.
The crown jewel of the home is the kitchen, where a soaring dome skylight floods the space with natural light — an architectural moment that is equal parts drama and warmth. The master bath, powder room, guest bath, butler's pantry, mud room, and laundry are each finished with the same meticulous attention to detail that defines the entire residence.
Chateau Lumiere is Highland Park elegance, reimagined for the way people actually live today.

PROJECT DETAILS
Chateau Lumiere represents CC & Co. Designs' approach to modern French architecture at its most refined — a home that honors classical European proportion and detail while embracing a lighter, more contemporary sensibility throughout.
Located in one of Dallas's most prestigious neighborhoods, the project demanded a design language that could hold its own among Highland Park's architectural legacy while feeling unmistakably current. The dome skylight kitchen became the heart of the home — a breathtaking volume of light and craftsmanship that anchors the entire floor plan. The grand foyer and staircase establish a sense of arrival worthy of the home's exterior presence, while the outdoor entertaining space and pool extend the living area seamlessly into the landscape.
CC & Co. Designs provided full architectural design direction on this project, overseeing every finish, fixture, and spatial detail from concept through completion.
