Santa Clara Avenue places The Ivy Residence within one of East Dallas' most desirable lake-adjacent neighborhoods. Known for its artistic spirit, mature canopy, and proximity to White Rock Lake, Little Forest Hills offers a lifestyle rarely found within the city — where nature, architecture, and community seamlessly intersect.
CC & Co. Designs was brought in to shape the home's complete interior vision, creating a layered aesthetic inspired by European architecture and contemporary luxury. The design centers around a dramatic double-height entry, sculptural staircase, custom millwork, arched transitions, and a warm neutral palette designed to stand the test of time.
The kitchen serves as the centerpiece of the home, featuring statement stone surfaces, custom cabinetry, and a fully appointed scullery that enhances both daily living and entertaining. The primary suite continues the home's philosophy of understated luxury, highlighted by a spa-caliber bath wrapped in richly veined stone and soft brass accents.
