Inspired by the timeless architecture of Florida’s iconic 30A coastline, The Driftwood Estate captures the relaxed elegance of Alys Beach while bringing refined coastal design to the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard in Texas. Sculptural white stucco forms, arched openings, and soft Mediterranean lines create a residence designed around light, privacy, and effortless indoor–outdoor living.
At the heart of the home, a private courtyard pool and lanai serve as the central gathering space, allowing the surrounding living areas to open seamlessly to the outdoors. Inside, a dramatic dual-height ceiling anchors the main living room, filling the interior with natural light and creating a grand architectural focal point.
