Designs, the home balances architectural character with modern functionality, featuring soaring ceilings, a dramatic double-height great room, a chef's kitchen with walk-in pantry, a first-floor primary retreat, and seamless indoor-outdoor living throughout. The result is a residence that feels both relaxed and refined—a timeless interpretation of coastal luxury reimagined for Texas.

Located within Heath Golf & Yacht Club, The White Dune Residence is a 4,404-square-foot custom residence designed around the principles of light, flow, and effortless entertaining. The home's architecture draws inspiration from Alys Beach and the coastal communities of 30A, featuring signature parapet rooflines, white stucco exteriors, private terraces, and thoughtfully layered outdoor living spaces.
The floor plan centers around a dramatic great room with 23-foot ceilings, a luxurious first-floor primary suite, dedicated study, chef's kitchen, walk-in pantry, and an expansive outdoor living area complete with outdoor dining and resort-inspired amenities. Upstairs, additional guest suites, entertainment spaces, and private terraces create a home designed equally for everyday living and elevated hospitality.
Every detail was intentionally curated to capture the relaxed sophistication of a coastal getaway while maintaining the scale, comfort, and luxury expected within The Cove Collection.
