La Dolce Vita Villa is set in North Bay Village, Florida — a coveted enclave between Miami and Miami Beach — just one street from the water's edge. What the address trades in direct waterfront, it more than reclaims at the top: a third-floor rooftop infinity pool that opens to unobstructed ocean views, making it one of the most dramatic amenities CC & Co. Designs has ever brought to life. The rooftop became the north star of the entire design — every decision in the home was made in service of the experience waiting at the top.

Below the rooftop, the interiors draw on the warmth and richness of Mediterranean architecture — layered textures, deep tones anchoring the wine room, and sculptural lighting balanced against the breezy lightness that coastal Florida demands. A statement entry foyer sets the tone on arrival, flowing into a chef's kitchen, generous living and dining spaces, and a private office — each room finished with the precision and intentionality the CC & Co. Designs studio is known for. La Dolce Vita Villa is not simply a home. It is an experience, from the ground floor to the sky.
