A glass-walled showcase garage connects directly to the private office, putting the Lamborghini or Ferrari on permanent display — art and engineering as one. The Terra Nova Estate represents one of the most ambitious custom residential projects in the Forest Hills neighborhood of Dallas — a home that sets a new benchmark for what bespoke living looks like in North Texas.
Situated on a heavily wooded lot near White Rock Lake, the design draws from the natural surroundings while delivering a program that goes far beyond the ordinary. The glass car gallery — integrated directly into the office wing — was designed as a signature feature, allowing the owner's collection to become part of the daily environment rather than hidden away. The two-story gym, resort pool, private sauna, home theatre, game room, and mud room were all treated with the same level of architectural intention as the primary living spaces. No room was an afterthought.
