Chelsea Chiu known professionally as CC, is the visionary behind CC & Co. Designs — a luxury design studio operating at the intersection of architecture, real estate, and elevated living. Known for a highly curated, editorial approach to residential design, she leads the creative direction of multimillion-dollar homes ranging from $2M to over $8M, partnering with builders and developers to shape spaces that feel intentional, refined, and quietly iconic.
With more than 40 active projects this year alone, her work moves beyond traditional interiors into full-scale design strategy — guiding everything from architectural finishes and spatial flow to the final storytelling of a home.
